Shipping/Pickup

Direct shipping is unavailable for any products. Orders for Greater Toronto Area (GTA) families will be picked up from the Camp Office at 1 Ridge Dr. Park, Toronto on dates to be announced. Orders for families outside of the GTA will be shipped to camp for the camper to pick up upon arrival.

Production Minimums

We reserve the right to cancel orders if manufacturers’ production minimums are not met. We hope that this will not become necessary.  However, if it does, you will be notified and receive a full refund.

Exchanges/Refunds/Returns

Refunds or changes to your order can be made before late April when the Online Store closes and manufacturing begins. If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact Dave by email at camphurontario@gmail.com

Since some products are made to order, changes to orders may not be possible once the store has closed for the season.
